BEFVP41 - Road Warrior setup?

I have a remote system that utilizes the following systems.

A Cisco 2620 (static IP A)
A BEFVP41 (Static IP B)
A Netgear FVS318 (Static IP C)
A windows 2000 VPN server (Static IP D)
A windows XP Pro Portable (Dynamic IP E)

QUICK SUMMARY:
A is VPN'd to B (and see's the NAT for B, but not C)
B is VPN'd to A & C (and see's the NAT for C and B(of course))
C is VPN'd to B
D is behind A (and see's the NAT network hehind B, but does not see the NAT behind C)
E is VPN'd to D (and see's the NAT behind B, but not the NAT behind C)

DETAIL:
So - I have the system setup so that the BEFVP41 connects via VPN to the Cisco 2620, and it connects to the Netgear FVS318.

When I connect from my portable to the Windows VPN server, I can see my network behind the BEFVP41 just fine. However, I CANNOT see the network behind the netgear.

When I am connected at home, I see both networks just fine.

The key problem being that when behind the VPN server, I can see the 192.168.B.x network just fine. I can't see the 192.168.C.x network.

This makes kinda sense, as the Cisco is directly connected to the 192.168.B.x network, and not the 192.168.C.x network. However, the 192.168.B.x network is VPN connected to the 192.168.C.x network - and sees it fine.

So - right now it is either a routing issue, or I need to use my portable with windows XP pro (and a dynamic address) to connect to the BEFVP41 VPN. How to do this?

Can anyone offer help?
