Thanks, CR. I couldn't figure out how to make the drip effect like you did in PS - I used to do it with one version of EyeCandy I had, but I don't know if I ever did it just in PS.

The Smudge Tool with a touch of Paintbrush can be your friend. Add a little Layer Style to get the glob look and make the text look better. I used Inner Shadow.
