That's an excellent idea but do you think that XP and SP2 (250MB or so) will fit on a single slipstreamed CD-R(W)?

I don't see why not, seeing that it worked for an earlier beta version. (about 260 MB )

If it doesn't fit on a CD-R(W), it should fit quite well on a blank dvd.

I slipstreamed SP1 into XP and it definitely makes things a lot easier if you need to reinstall the OS.
