i keep doing that ftp test and i'll get 125k/s which is the normal tops i get. i was told by a tech earlier that it's up to the offices in my town whether or not we'll do upgrades.

you have to reset your modem to get the new speeds, when or if they upgrade you. if you haven't already

yeah, i did earlier around 10:20. still nothing.
