Still the same problem here in Milpitas(95035) since yesterday morning.
Bigweapons: Is your problem solved??

Almost 0 bps download; if I power cycle modem once it always goes dead(only 1 pclink light) - power cycle again and the light will be normal again. Modem is RCA-245.
