What the 1 in 1000 that run servers?

Nobody is losing sleep for them, just ask the cox customers!

If you call a Bit Torrent Seed a "server", then it's actually more like 1 in 5, maybe 1 in 3 that run servers, and yes, they WILL switch over to Comcast if 6881-6999 are blocked.
