Thank you, he did get back (see attached email below), he has been very prompt whenever I have had to contact him.
What makes this frustrating is calling customer care and not getting a status or call back. Although in all cases the people with whom I have spoken to have been friendly, they were never able to offer me any information and I have yet to receive a call back.
Being patient and waiting is not a problem for me, the only thing I do ask for is dates and updates. Doesn't have to be via phone calls, emails are just fine.
I found out about the outside wiring being done, because I called to see if anything was happening with my order, just to be informed. I was then told that someone must have contacted me to inform me that the outside wiring was scheduled for the day before I called.
I understand that Phoenix has to interact with other companies to provide service, but at the same time, until receiving the email from Mike, I did not know if my line tested ok or if I should be searching for an alternate service.
