I haven't complained, but they always have that "speeds are not guaranteed" clause. negativeduck, if you're reading, what's up with Chicago??

grdthato join:2004-10-25 Chicago, IL	grdthato Member 2004-Oct-25 3:43 pm I have the same problems in Chicago. I have complained on several occasions and just get the 'we dont guarantee speeds' line. Online gaming is horrible since pings are fluctuating from 20-40ms to 200-1000ms. I would like to know why we have such problems here in Chicago too. Also does anybody know if they fixed the outage in Chicago this morning?
