Well, I'm in Hollywood, Florida. I have the standard 3000/256 package.
I get about 2700/248. Speeds are as advertised in my area, no qualms. I would get it if you can, if you play games, your ping might be a slight problem. But you should be fine, over all, my pings got better from Bellsouth ADSL, especially to the north and got really good towards central. Pings are only high because I have to get off Adelphia back-bone, and get on Bellsouth's This is only for one server, so I don't care.
Still a good service.
The Priemer 4000/512 looks nice too, I just don't require the speed, nor do I want to pay extra, try the standard first and see if your happy, if so, go for the Premier if you want to. |

Champer is right on. 3000/256 for our area (Tri-Cities). On the bill however it will only say 256k or something to that effect.
Premier is available to me as well (Prince George, VA near Fort Lee) but as of now I'm totally satisfied with standard services (I usually reach and sometimes exceed my caps on downloads (2700-3k+) and run an average between 212-240 for uploads.) |

i used to have HSI advertised at 3meg down and 256k up about 3 weeks ago i switched to there premiere service (the best they offer) advertised at 4megs down and 512k up. i must say it is well worth the price they ask for it. i usually get 3.9 down and around 400k up. im in the southwestern part of va. so you should have no problem getting it up there. |

On the Premier plan also here, and my speeds slightly exceed the 4 down 512 up...Its worth the price, but I only pay $15 more per month for it... |
