Security → 6380.exe ... Is it harmful ?

Hi there !

So I have this program running in the background 6380.exe, trying to access the net. I've looked on the web and newsgroup and can't find anything about this thing .. The only reference I find in my hard drive is a 6380.EXE-abdfef.pf in the Windows\prefetch directory ...

Could anyone tell me what this is ?

Try scanning the file with kaspersky online virus scanner and report back the results.

You can delete all the contents of the windows prefetch folder. It's just a waste of HD space.

No virus found. No virus with Norton. Nothing on my computer with ad-aware or search & destroy. This program takes 8megs of memory. Right now I have 5 running ... And it's trying to access the internet (blocked by zone alarm) ... Really don't know what to do to get rid of it. I got rid of the file in prefetch but it comes back.

Actually it wants to access the local network, port 3398 ...
