Kazaa, Spyware King → Alternatives

Thank god there are better alternatives then there were two years ago that contain no spyware/adware crap.

Bit Torrent being my favorite.

saying bittorrent is an alternative to kazaa is like saying a dump truck is an alternative to Ferrari.
sure you can drive on a street in both. but both serve very different purpose.

Why isn't it an alternative? Of course it doesn't do everything Kazaa can do, but it isn't trying to. The fact is bit torrent replaces a lot of what Kazaa can do, and it does it better. Personally I have never liked or really used Kazaa, there have always been far better alternatives for the non newbs out there. Personally I use a combination of usenet(not p2p obviously), bit torrent, emule, and dc++. Each has their strengths and weaknesses, there is no perfect p2p app.

same thing. they both report back home to decide which ads to serve up to you based on your surfing habits.
