[info] Michigan Activity?

I'd like to know if there is any SBC activity in Mid Michigan. I seen a SBC truck close to my road, what would this mean? Currently, there is just DSL service for our main town area. But, I seen this SBC truck further away from the town, and closer to my road. What could this mean?

There is a zealous enforcement program in MI now, as sponsored by SBC. It's know as LKSWA, pronounced lick-swa. It stands for "Let's Kick Some Warez A**." That truck you saw is hunting for warez & kazaa servers

One problem with that, there is no high-speed internet in our area yet to host any servers. And, that truck wasn't by any houses, it was just sitting by the road.

SBC has thermal / Xray hard drive content scanners.
They were taking inventory.

What this means is that you have seen an SBC truck.

It could have been an SNET truck with a load of deposit bottles, going for the extra nickel MI offers.

Hey, what do I know?

I was going to by a toy construction set--dump truck, bulldozer, shovel, etc., until I noticed it said "explosives not included." *sigh*
