calling the help desk sometimes has been

ok for me since i work 4pm-12 am so i call after 1 am most times its quick but most times during evening hours it can be a very long wait. so if possible try to call at odd hours and it may help u get thru

Thanks for the info, it's really appreciated! However, "most" people are asleep during those hours (even on the west coast!).
The real point here is that Phoenix needs to address the problem in a positive way. The alternatives are limited, either decrease the number of outages/problems (and therefore reduce the number of calls to the helpdesk in the first place), put more people on the helpdesk, or both.
