They did not fix the problem, so what I did was to avoid calling that particular number in Italy with Vonage, anyway after a long fight I got my credit!!!! What is really sad about Vonage is that they play exactly the same way big companies play.....they do not care about you...you are not "THE CUSTOMER"....you are just another number!!! |
