Some of us need/prefer the reliability of local service and support... and reliability in LNP.

Bottom line: For NOW, it doesn't look like the other VoIP services can touch the quality and reliablity of TWC digital phone.

Yeah, I won't argue they're not the cheapest place in town, but they seem like the best from what I've seen.
