what your error means, is you have a high speed usb 2.0 device, plugged into a 'regular' usb 1.1 port
you need to upgrade to a usb 2.0 controller, which is a hardware card that goes inside your computer. there is no download to fix your problem
also, you can just close that error and ignore it, your ipod will still work without issue, just slower uploading songs
