[Help Me] DI-624 Rev. C Network cable has come unplugged

I'm about to do the firmware uprade to the latest version, but want to know if there is anything else I can do to resolve these issues.

My wired connection to my desktop will drop connection for 1-2 seconds every 20-30 seconds and I get the message that a wire has come unplugged. If I turn off wireless connectivity in the administration of the 624 I don't have a problem with the connection dropping.
My wireless connection is less than 150 feet away, but the signal from my neighbors wireless is stronger than mine. Is it because I Had WEP enabled? Does it really cause that much of a signal drop?

Will the firmware upgrade cure either one of these problems, or are there other tweaks I can perform?

Disable Super-G.

That Network Cable Unplugged = your router is rebooting.

Lock the NIC to 10 Full Duplex or 100 full duplex. Tsume's advice is wrong.
That causes rebooting? I just thought that caused loss of internet access.

No, ANoni is just being a jackass.

Remember, he once posted that his router reboots as well and he is just capitalizing on his strange sense of humor.
