comments on review of Optimum Online → Why?

If, at the top of your review, you say avoid OOL like the plague. Then why do you have GET OOL at the bottom?

They were the best until last week now they stink. I didn't edit my origional review just added pertinent information to the top of it.

The throtteling is BS, at least have the balls to own up to it and give some info about it. Maybe I could live with their terms if I could know for example limit d/l to 3mb/s don't get throttled. I started downloads and left the house, got throttled and wife couldn't use VOIP because there was no bandwidth left for it.

Don't advertise 10Mb/s if users are not allowed to use it.
