A Constitutional Right to Spam → We are the problem

I hate SPAM. I delete any that gets in my mailbox unread. The problem is SPAM is a successful marketing tool. A lot of people respond to SPAM or buy the products that the SPAM is promoting. If we all voted with our pocketbooks and didn't make SPAM profitable it would go away on it's own. If everyone would just ignore and delete it SPAM could not survive. The very worst thing you can do is respond to the OPT OUT provision.
