I continue to get lip service from those folks.Incluidng the 3 level supervisors.. Im getting 70Kb up and 370Kb down and its 10pm! they told me over a week ago they were rebuilding my node and speeds would Improve... No such beast here! 5am I may see 4400Kb dwn and 950Kb up... but forget it.... Pings are fine and noise is no where..

any more apologists reamining out there? They must be stock holders, or Live in Westchester, NY or Connecticut!

Try IM'ing Engineer88 with your MAC address and maybe he could take a look.

Guy, I praise when it's deserved and have patience to resolve issues. And I am NO CV APOLOGIST - Read my posts and that will be painfully obvious.

I'm telling you what _I_ another paying Joe Shmoe am seeing at MY end. YMMV, I never said otherwise. But DOWNSTREAM CAPPING, traffic shaping, or whatever you want to call that 10 min/30 min/10 min thing is a bad memory for me and many others.

Darn it, I shouldn't take this so personally but I hate being called something I'm not. I loathe some of CV's practices but I GLADLY PRAISE THEM WHEN THEY DESERVE THE PRAISE.

My speeds are very nice. YMMV.
By the way, cable is not the only broadband service I subscribe to. Please stop making assumptions.
