Then again I have had these speed all week in the morning. Now if everyone will please go back to sleep or church, it is Sunday you know, and well stay there until Monday the speed will stay up. :)

Redbaron, my Transmitter has the same problem locking to the NOC, maybe I will try the zipcode again.

Interesting. A pretty significant increase. I wonder whether it'll get better or worse as the day progresses.

At 3:15am (can't sleep) my test speeds are: 177/33 West Coast test and 169/40 East Coast test. Pretty bad for the middle of the night, worse still for the day that things are supposed to speed up.

Maybe I'll try re-installing .36 now that Earthlink recommends it and see if that makes a difference...

ICK!
The representative said that the Pegasus & Earthlink customers will be moved to their own transponders or may share one, but either way the transponder load will be decreased GREATLY. He said they are adding 2 or 3 transponders for sure. He actually GUARANTEED better speeds tomorrow after I run Web-Setup! I told him that if they weren't better I was going to call tomorrow & start talking to him for a credit for the month. He said that is fine!
He said their main focus for this upgrade was ~Get this~ to improve the ~UPLOAD~ speeds! He said they should be improved & that download will greatly improve also.
I will post a speed test FIRST thing tomorrow morning after I run Web-Setup to show you the results of the UPGRADE.

We shall see!!
