Nuvio is very honest about ping times. Their web site says if it's above 50ms you should not use their business phone service. I know they have good support cuz I talked to Carolinanet for quite a while. I'm gonna call MPC Monday and see how they sound. They did have that glitch where their web site (which is ugly) displayed people's credit card numbers!...lol.
