I was sleeping until 8:30, and my sister woke me up. The Shaw guy has been waiting outside for a good half an hour for my lazyass. I tell him whats wrong and in 9 MINTUTES, gets my speed from 800kbp/s to 3000kbps/s. The Shaw guy said that the problem was the settings for the computer was at dial-up and not broadband. He says that many people have this type of problem, so if your one of the people not getting any fast speeds, call shaw and tell them what u think the problem is.
