I was sleeping until 8:30, and my sister woke me up. The Shaw guy has been waiting outside for a good half an hour for my lazyass. I tell him whats wrong and in 9 MINTUTES, gets my speed from 800kbp/s to 3000kbps/s. The Shaw guy said that the problem was the settings for the computer was at dial-up and not broadband. He says that many people have this type of problem, so if your one of the people not getting any fast speeds, call shaw and tell them what u think the problem is. All i can say is that shaw is here to stay. with their crazy service and speeds, i wouldn't change for telus.]]></description>

So they told me to download the dummy file at the troubleshooting site and i was getting around 125, once at 100 and once at 150, so 125.. they said i should be getting around 600...so they proved that it wasnt firewall, virus or spyware...They told me to replace my modem, btw, i remember that when i got it, it was opened on the top... Is it supposed to be opened?... At first it was a guy that had poor english.. so he said " I a do not a have a good englishy, i will a tell a seeeepecialasy to helpa u a , okie? please wait." i was like yah... okAy!? Then the "Speciallist came on and figured out my modem had problems.. he was cool =D]]></description>
