Comcast Outage Rolls On → Re: DNS servers?

Wow, it must be pile on comcast week! I hope this leads to an exodus of customers so that they clean up their act!

I would love to run from Comcrap. I wish I had DSL in my area they would be history in 60 seconds. But I'm stuck with these bozos.

Every six months its another problem. I had numerious problems in the current outage, not reveiled by any support people. "No we are not having any network problems in your area" a quote.
Support was more worried that I may have spyware on my computer or may have installed a new program(I would like to meet the a-hole who wrote that script).

I think they should teach them like a first grader, when the little light goes off where it says cable, ITS NOT A PC PROBLEM. If you have a router,"ITS NOT THE PC THAT IS CONNECTING TO COMCRAP.

Maybe not give up broadband, but give up Comcast. When Verizon can reach my home distance wise for a DSL line, it's bye-bye Comcrap.
