[Help Me] can't connect to d-link DI-514

Please help!

I am trying to set up a wireless network but I cannot connect to it through my laptop (I have the desktop connected to it and the internet works fine). The problem said that the IP address was not set correctly. So I manually set the IP address but then the problem said that it could not read the default gateway. If anyone knows how I can fix this please help me.
