Actually, by the Patriot and Patriot 2 standards, both the Constitution and the Bill of Rights are terroristic in nature. All it's going to take is one more "terror" incident and martial law will be slapped into permanent existence. Fascism and tyranny always march hand in hand and in 'MurriKKKa they will come wrapped in the flag carrying an Xtian bible. We are well on the way to a Plutocratic Oligarchy.
