Open Forum → help with my school connection

Ok, basically they started to make us all use the same IP and everything, no dns, no wins, no gateway. Our speeds are horrible, like 3kbps, that's it. But, in our Computer Science lab, the speed of the connection is a few mbps. What I want to know is, what numbers do I need to find out from that lab to have that connection for my internet, kinda like tapping into thier server instead of the student one. Also, what program could I use in that lab to find out these numbers, since the admin can only see them on win2000. Please let me know.

You would have to get that information from them.
