comments on review of DIRECTV DSL (TM) (ISP Closed) → Horror Story with DIRECTV DSL

I had been without dsl for 5+ months. I finally got dsl and its slower than the promised speed. My upload is worst than dialup (3.5-4.0 k max) and download is only 30ks. WHile my friends with VERIZON get 65k download and 11-15ks upload.

I had the worst time with them, their service reps are rude and whole thing about them sux.

I SUGGEST GOING WITH YOUR LOCAL PROVIDOR THEY SUX BIG TIME.

IT TOOK THEM 5 MONTHS TO GET ME HOOKED UP WITH DSL AND EVEN THEN ITS NOT WORKING FULLY AS THEY SAID.

I suggest you STAY AWAY FROM TELOCITY/DIRECTV DSL
