VOIP Tech Chat → [BroadVoice] ATA options

Hi,
I have a Grandstream 486. What are the benefits of the 'latest' ATA broadvoice is offering? A while back I did get an email from support saying that I could upgrade (as caller id wasn't working).

Since then BV has backed down a bit. However, now I am frequently having to reset the current unit. I guess because of the ever changing environment!

Anyway, I was wondering what features I'd gain (lose?) by getting a new unit?
