No, but that's not what he's talking about. He's saying Macs perform worse, but using a low end model that isn't comparable to the system its being compared to... When you compare performance, your systems are suppose to be roughly comparable.
I see exactly where he is coming from. Processor aside, the mac minis don't have that powerful of components... something like a value $300 PC, at best.
That is correct, the Mini does have smaller and less powerful components, but he's looking at the low-end, value model. In essence, he's comparing a $500 Mac to a PC in the range of $1000.
