PC Hardware → nvidia 6800 question. universal settings.

I have a new 6800. Good card, got it from newegg. Problem is that when I adjust the settings in my admin account they dont apply to all the other accounts unless im logged in my admin account and log out and then log to other accounts. Is there an option that can let the card adjustments be universal?(apply to all accounts without being logged on my admin). Any adjustments made in any other account beside admin are not applied. I had a Ti 4200 before and had no problems like this. Any help would be thanked.
