I have the same problem.out going is good but incoming calls get "I am sorry the number your are trying to reach has been disconnected or is no longer in service.this Started Saturday for me. I called and was put on hold by the tech for about 10 minutes then they came back and gave me a ref number and said it would be up in 2 to 4 hours. I called back 8 hours later and was put hold for about 15 minutes then they told me it was a customer service issue and they are closed till Tuesday.Not sure what they can do but I'll try then.

I talked to a tech yesterday, who told me a different story. He said they are calling people back from the holiday and burning the midnight oil trying to figure out glitch.

He seemed pretty sincere and said he was on a 1 a.m. national conference call about this issue. I think they are beating their heads against the wall trying to figure out this random problem.

I betcha it has something to do with the hurricane and the massive yet sporadic outages in that region (where AT&T routes some of its traffic through) and that is my SWAG of the day.....;)

I did notice that it started for me right about the same time there press release came out about them setting up voip call centers at all the shelters.they may say it is random but 100% of my incoming calls get the message saying it is disconnected.Does anyone with this problem have a # that starts with 832-667-xxxx.Might be when they set up the call center in the astrodome they used that exchange and something got messed up.Not really too worried I get free incomeing calls on my nextel and outbound still works.This is my first outage since I got the service in september of last year.I used to have 2 or 3 outages a year with the phone company out here in katy tx.

Negative, the tech I talked to said it was also in CA, not just TX.

As of the is morning, the problem is fixed. I think the smart guys were on holiday and needed to get back to fix the glitch.

Actually it was my fault, I tripped over the incoming trunk line in my driveway last week and the cable pulled away from the casing. My 16 year old found it out and we fixed it promptly....lol
With VoIP you never really know where your calls are going these days.

Mine is still out as of 1830.I called at about 9:30am and they acted like it was the first they had heard of it.they put me on hold for about 5 minutes. After the tech can back on the line he said he escalated it to the next level and they would call me back with in 24 hours.
