connection problems

For the past few days Ive been having trouble visiting websites. Theve either been very slow to load or wont load at all. I just did a speed test and my speeds are what there supposed to be. 4/356. I dont know if the problem is with my ISP or my computer. Any sugestions would be helpful.

Here is the signals from my cable modem. I dont know if anyone would be able to tell anything from that. For almost every web site I try to visit I get timeout errors. I disabled my firewall and virus scan programs. I dont know what else to do.

The line quality test is very good, the only thing i can think of right now is your DNS server.
You can change it and see if that helps.

»Comcast High Speed Internet FAQ »Why do websites take forever to connect, but then load quickly?

»Comcast High Speed Internet FAQ »How do I change what DNS server my computer uses?

I can't think of anything else for you to try.
Maybe someone else has an idea.
Sorry i couldn't help you.:)

SNR 32.7 dB

Your SNR is kind of low,but if this was the problem it should of showed up in your LQT.

You can also try running a trace route to the sites that are giving you problems.
