I needed a line that if I was on a call and someone else called they would get a busy signal. I initially had Packet8, but you can only disable call waiting for outgoing calls...

I went with Vonage's Basic $14.99 plan. Before I (you) start work, you can log on to the Vonage portal and toggle off both call waiting and voicemail, that way when calls from your company's switch are huting they will skip you if you're on a call and go to the next homebased agent (instead of the caller going to your voicemail or ringing forever). If that's what you're trying to acomplish, Vonage will work perfectly for you.

The other features that are available, call forwarding, etc., just don't use them. If I'm way off base, well, it was nice to meet ya! LOL! :)
