The marketing execs in some of the southeastern states decided it was in the best interest to raise the price of the lower tier packages.  To offset this they attached CHSSS to the low end packages. <description><![CDATA[Gareee posted : it is an update from them for F-secure. I just managed to get security suite tech to assist me. (First time I've actually had intellegent help on the phone!)<br><br>Upside: it is a f-secure "hook" issue, and downgrading agressiveness or even disabling it does not correct the issue.<br><br>Downside: he's checking with them to see if they have a patch, because they have no know current solution, other then totally uninstalling f-secure.<br><br>Isn't f-secure subscription required by Charter now? if I uninstall it, I still have to pay for it monthly, if memory serves.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[Gareee posted : I used the automatic update from charter for better spam protection, and the new software adds a spam control selection on outlook express's toolbar.<br><br>Great!<br><br>But now, the toolbar disappears on launch, and you manually have to make is visible every time yo uwant to access it! Plus, it hides it again occasionally.<br><br>Is there a patch to fix this, or some way to uninstall it?<br>Who is the author, so I can check for updates/fixes?<br><br>*mod note -edited to add express to the subject. ]]></description>
