There are too many unanswered questions still

Just what kind of throughput are they going to be offering ?

Would like more details on "The company will then sell wholesale access to any willing Internet service provider, which will then sell the service directly to customers."
Madison ISPs are not known for being the cheapest around .

For some reason it sounds like the usual Madison " let's give the elite another goody , never mind the commoners "

Sounds like it's geared toward students which is good considering laptops are everywhere and a serious lack of hot spots in Madison.

It's only a 9 mile radius anyhow

It's not even that good .
They are talking about a 9 square mile area , which would be less then a 1.5 mile radius .
Now if they are talking 9 square miles of land coverage , that would almost cover from Midvale to East Towne !
I knew the lakes were good for something
