I have received some personal tech support and most of the issues with my service and feature set have been resolved. SR has given me the faith to stay with them, at least for now, unless the outages continue or get worse!<br><br>Features repaired recently:<br><br>1. caller id inbound and outbound<br>2. VM phone call notification and ability to access vm message from this phone call<br>3. gizmo failing power on self test<br>4. intermittent dropping of both phone calls when a call comes in on call waiting<br>5. VM messages having extremely loud static/hissing in background<br>6. call forwarding to a specific number<br><br>Features that have always worked for me:<br><br>1. "Lan Configuration" - "Rate control" is disabled.<br><br>I don't recall reading any discussions about enabling or setting QoS on the Gizmo. <br><br>Its funny that after a time of satisfactory performance, all of a sudden my voice is breaking up. I turned off all my PCs and the problem persists. I'm getting 350 bps which is close to by 384 bps advertised uplink speed. I may have to call SR on this... But I already have an escalated ticket from 4 weeks ago (unrelated issue) that they haven't bothered to call me about.... ]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[Kobra007_ posted : I admit a couple months ago when I signed up for SunRocket my service was pretty bad, then something "Clicked".   Around the time the CEO emailed everyone saying they made extensive service updates, my service with SunRocket has been AMAZING.<br><br>Since that point, i've had perfect clarity, no dropped calls, no busy signals, and no downtime whatsoever.  Rocky start, but picture perfect since then!<br><br>Overall, my experiance with SunRocket has surpassed my experiance with VoicePulse by leaps and bounds.  It has even passed the wife test, with her saying "I don't even realise this is a internet phone service!".<br><br>Mission accomplished, E911 service, and everything.]]></description>
