[BBR] Clan Public → Re: Headset for CS

I'm just using a Labtec LVA-7330 that I got free with the game DeltaForce 2. Its a headset but it doesn't have attached headphones (just the microphone). It works good so far.

i'm using the exact same one as camo's (from DF2) and it seems to be working..

Price has nothing to do with quality. I got my headset for 9.99 (canadian) from EB, the headphones are great, and my microphone is great too. I don't know the difference for me, it's like if my mic (not my headset, I have a regular mic too) is too close to my speakers I'd get bad feedback sometimes before or something. Also there is almost always other people in the same room as where my computer is so they don't need to hear my CS sound and a ton of people talking, and I don't have to bend over to talk. Of course my family does think it's sort of weird where they are watching TV and I'm over on the computer having a conversation with myself lol. I think a headset was a good investment though.
