I have noticed a huge decrease in BitTorrent speeds. Anyone else seeing the same? It looks as if they may be starting to throttle BT traffic.

Anyone else in Calgary seeing the same?

I'm in Vancouver and I only notice it if the BT's concentrated in other areas (ie. Asia). Local (US-based) BT's seem to run just fine.
