Hmmmm.. Was out walking the dog today at an elementary school and noticed the school was wired up by Phonoscope.
Their cable was buried, but it looks like some is up on the poles.

Probably has nothin' to do with Fision, but at least Phonoscope is aware that my area exists.

I tried to take pics with my cell, but I couldn't see the screen. Nothin' special about it, though.

As I recall, somewhat hazily, Phonoscope started out long, long ago by providing TV service to school districts.

Ahhh, you're probably right!
The school did some renovating of the playground/track, so it would make sense that they would probably have to rewire the place.

so what did most of your put for pricing?

i suggested $34.99 for internet
$24.99 for VOIP
and since the TV has premium channels, i suggested $44.99

It's probably a good bet that the triple-play package will be $99.
They have to compete with Time Warner Cable.

That survey was just an expected price that you'd pay with anyone. My guess is, it will be used as bragging after the product is out so they can say somethin' like, "See, majority thought 10Mbps/10Mbps would cost $300" or whatever.

I thought it was their vision to combine tv, internet, and phone all in one bill, for less than your current providors all together.

Um I would think it would be to make profit for the investors they are still working to find. They better hurry and do something, in a few years they will just be another small time provider with nothing special. Would you invest in them if they were in say Dallas? Has anyone heard of a single beta tester? So far looks like vaporband.

Yeah I heard about that. They will develop the shirt for what was it about 5 years spend millions and cant get it out the door Gee im seeing some connections

Yeah -- they re-designed the website slightly. Has the same basic content, but it looks a bit more polished.

Where is ESPN in the HD list? They definitely need that one.

I had the sales rep in that area track down the address where Estrada is using. It's as legit as it gets it appears. It's a non-profit org that takes on tech companies that are beyond the development phase, but already funded, approved and really ready to roll. They won't take on companies and house them unless they are completely on the ball.

We can't get in to see him because they lock that place up except for employee's, but I beleive this is the real deal and they have to be pushing forward to even get housed by this group. We are still trying to get in to see Fision and I'll update when we get the appointment.
