The biggest problem is making sure you are talking to a FIOS TV rep out of Dallas. So far, only the Dallas office has the people that can actually fix the problems fer us Texans. |

Interesting...so when I call should I just immediately ask for a rep from Dallas?
You can actually tell when the reps are actually checking your address for availability. Sometimes they just ask what city and tell you, no it's not available. I'm like, well would you like my actual address so you can at least check because I know people in Lewisville have already scheduled appointments to have it installed. |
