yea, I used to get those 1.5 Meg. uploads, then the cap went on (128kb), like you, it don't bother me

@home cappin ul sux major for me cuz i need to ul to ppl to dl games from them @home did this to stop ppl serving on their service they suk they have no idea how lame it is when the cap says 128k and i only get 16k

when you say 16k upstream, is that with a kb or kB, tho I'm sure you know 16kB is equal to 128kbps
