I have done this in the past with Microsoft and have not had a problem. If you tell them them that you just upgraded the OS on 2 of the systems that the software was legally installed on, they are typically cool with that. I am not sure where your license information would be found on the systems currently though. I really would not worry about it. If you get told that they won't do it for you then you ask for a supervisor as you own a legal copy and that you do not deserve the hassle that you are getting for something that you paid for.
