Qwest Says It's Out of Trouble → Did we all forget?

Everybody seems to forget that telco's are regulated. Stop whining and compete they say. They would lower the price of dial tone in a heartbeat if they could and cable's overpriced crap would be dead before it could even got started. believe me, That's all they want to do is compete (on a level playing field )with cable or whoever. But how can they when there forced to charge a certain rate and babysit resellers and so on and so on. They are constantly being attacked about there prices which they have no control, There lines are taxed to death. You reverse the tables and regulate cable and then see who's forced to sue or become extinct.
