let's run the numbers for fun....OK, at $500,000 per plane per year, that's about $1350 per day. If the plane makes 5 flights per day, that's $270 per flight--maybe $1 per seat for sizable aircraft, or $10 per seat per flight if 10% of the passengers go for a "per flight" fee.
Yeah, there are bigger and smaller planes, planes that make fewer and more flights per day, and who knows how many people will pay to use this--but I thought you might enjoy a number or two.
(Folks should also recall that AirPhone went broke several times since Jack Goeken conceived it....)
