Sounds to me like you worry too much bud. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Your signal levels are fine. Latency may be due to a number of things, and you more than likely know this considering you've setup a ping-o-meter to monitor things.

Did you ever consider what may happen if everyone on your UBR performed these same ping tests..

that's what I thought.

what possibly will happen if everybody sends a single ICMP packet once every 5 minutes or even once a minute.
we're in deep shit if OOL's network can't handle that.

Well, for one, it's not just the latency that bothers me. The packet loss causes downloads to pause at times, sometimes completely fail. It's not that I am worrying too much "bud", it's just if you actually take a look at the graph, it has been a solid 8ms latency for about a month or two now, and only this weekend it started to get really bad.
