I don't frequent Vonage-forums.com, so I don't know, but do they actually get tech support from vonage there? Are the issues getting solved?

It really seems to me that Sunrocket has left many customers to fend for themselves based off of reading this forum. I can't count how many threads I've seen where the customer can't get any answers from Sunrocket, but then they post here and a fellow customer has the help they need, or at least an explanation.

Sure, it happens with other providers as well, but nowhere near the frequency as with Sunrocket. Not even close. Feel free to discount it as due to the growth of Sunrocket as you often do, but IMO it's way out of whack.

Yes, on vonage-forums.com there are vonage level 2 techs that frequent the site, and are actually extremely helpful. One of them enabled ACR on my line for me, and called personally to deal with an issue I was having swapping primary and secondary lines.

OT-George, citing your own rationale for staying within provider threads, etc why would you be perusing vonage-forum.com if you are not a Vonage customer?
