I have to ask .,,,*WHY*
Should the VoIP carrier care? Sure Verizon and the other baby bells have forced VoIP carriers to care THRU the FCC.
BUT WHY SHOULD THE VOIP CARRIER CARE?
Write a damn disclaimer, explain that you are what you are and tell the FCC to ***PISS OFF***
Which part of that is hard, frustrating, or difficult to understand?
