Too many to mention them all.<br><br>You definately seem well-informed of the issue, and have learned some things along the way.  Hopefully your problem can be discussed with an experienced CSR over the phone.  You just need someone who's willing to explore all variables with you.]]></description>

I'm wondering if the original-poster has resolved his/her issue?<br><br>I did state that the DNS migration <B>may/may not</B> have something to do with it... not that it <B>IS</B> the problem.  Just speculation.<br><br>The winsock reset is done from the command prompt in SP2 as mentioned before. In SP1, in order to reset the winsock, you must edit the registry (START | RUN, regedit) and delete the following keys:<br><br>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Winsock2<br><br><I>as well as</I><br><br>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Winsock<br><br>Reboot the computer and the winsock registry entries will be re-instated.  The reset commands that I posted are probably a little bit of overkill, but it doesn't hurt...]]></description>
