Most likely the way it will end up is if you watch tv or record a show off of tv you will be forced to watch ads. If you want an ad free copy, you will have to buy the dvd.
The fact is we pay for television shows, they don't come free. So why the hell should I be forced to watch their fuggin advertisements? I swear now a days the advertisements have a longer duration than your show does.

CourtTV for example goes to commercial break about every 7 minutes.

Then again I could careless about TV.
